Hi,
1) This is shown in your admin area. Depending if you process the order
immediately, they will appear in various options. You could maybe keep your
own records by adapting OpenSRS's scripts to write to a database! (more info
available if you need it).
2) I think this is up to us, the reseller. I personally didn't look in to
this too much as we wrote our own anyway.
3) If you mean a secure server from which to run YOUR site, then the answer
is no they don't. Maybe that's something they may move in to, but then
that's moving away from the 'registrar's role!
If your customers are unhappy, then .... well.... ask them why and make some
changes {;-). They could transfer their domain to another of us resellers if
they wanted, but that would not be too good for you.
