In 'View Active Domains' select the domain in question and click on it.
At the bottom of the page you will find:
"E-Mail Login Password for XXXXX.com to the
Admin Contact (xxx@abcd.com)"
Click on this and the registrant will receive their login and password. There is no way you can access it.
