Cobalt, Internet Exlorer only, cgi-lib.pl error

The above error is what I get, running OpenSRS, at the point where you go
to the order form. After the page where you select either existing or new
profile, and username and password, etc., I have it going to SSL pages
after that. Netscape is fine. But with IE, I get this error when it goes
to the secure page, loading the template order.html. I can see what's
probably happening, in that the content type is getting written to its
variable twice, with the comma separating the two, and creating an error.
BUT, what I don't know is why, or how to correct it.

I do have .htaccess protection on the directory, as it is under development
right now. So, when you go to the SSL order page, you get the request to
username authenticate again...but other than that, there is nothing
different than normal.

Once the error screen occurs, in IE, if you hit Refresh to reload the page,
it will load properly with the order form page...

Can someone help me pin this down. I think it has to be something specific
to the Cobalt, because it hasn't done this on other machines.
