The domain/username/password combination is held on the OpenSRS system(s).
When you use any "Manage Domain" interface (including
http://manage.opensrs.net) you will be able to login with that
username/password.
The same goes for obtaining data from a previously registered domain name,
as the domain/data set is specific only to themselves, and not dependent
on the reseller that originally submitted the registration.
