A question for all,
Initially, we decided to keep a small local database in parallel with
the OpenSRS profile. I'd like to get away from this due to
syncronization concerns. Given that a client can manage his/her profile
from any OpenSRS reseller, it's possible for our database & the openSRS
database to get out of sync.
I'd like to be able to use the affiliate ID field (not used by OpenSRS)
to store additional profile info. The problem is I don't find an
interface where script can access this data once set. I.e. the field
can be set during registration, but we'd like to be able to retrieve,
modify, and set this field.
Anyone doing something similar or know of a way to do this?
