We are running it off our own DNS and also hosting it, the bandwidth/storage
expense is very low compared to potential exposure for our services.
Customers of parking end up subscribing when they see this or they just are
happy that there is no "server unreachable" error, but instead our
customized parking page.
We expect to make it more complex but a good example is at:
