Hello Jay,
One improvement I would like to add my support for is adding an web-based interface to pay for credits. For OpenSRS's protection, I'd suggest that a signed form be provided for all who wish to use this method of payment. As those resellers who accept credits cards will know, a signature on paper is the only true method of preventing unwarranted charge-backs.
Overall, we're very happy with the OpenSRS system and interface. It may not be the most slick, but does have the functionality to get the job done.
Thanks,
Doug.
