Ben,
You can run any number of duplicate OpenSRS cgi's on your system. Just
make 2 conf files and and change the paths and you're set. I actually run
3 myself. I run a 1.9.9 test system, 1.9.9 for transfers, and 1.9.7 for
registrations. Why? Because of all the changes I've made and no time to
begin hacking the latest scripts.
Try not to mix versions, especially pre 2.0 and post 2.0 versions as they
need server specific things (Different versions of CBC Crypt, etc).
Better, yet, since the only reason you're doing multiple cgi's is for
language specific reasons, why not just hack up the cgi and add a lang
variable to point to different templates... Perhaps this is a good
suggestion for the next version of the client?
