This actually relates partially to the client.

We've had transfer requests get lost in the mail for reasons we can't
fathom/control/etc. On the pending transfer information page, there should
be a button allowing us to resend the approval request to the current admin.

(Note that it doesn't display the unique key or anything, just resends the
same e-mail.)

Also, there should be a method of displaying the transfer status to the end
user. Your documentation makes it quite clear that "screen-scraping" from
your admin tool is bad bad bad ;( but you don't provide the status request
ability in the client.
