Can we set the default delimiter to a | (pipe)? What happens to the
integrity of a comma delimited system when someone enters "Tucows.com,
Inc." in the organization field?

Also, what is the current Tucows Affiliate rebate system as it applies
to OpenSRS? support@opensrs.org doesn't want to tell me.
