This line:
$domain_info = $XML_Client->send_cmd( $xcp_request );
makes the call to the OpenSRS server... $domain_info is the hash reference that contains the information. You should be able to use $domain_info->{attributes}->{date_anniv} to retrieve the anniversary date to make your price calculation.
