Affiliate ID is an optional value - you can use this to setup resellers
via your OpenSRS access, and track their purchasing.

Registrant IP is what your end user's IP address is, as supplied by your
web server. This is accomplished (sorry, it's Perl) in the client code by
these statements:

$requestData->{registrant_ip} = $ENV{REMOTE_ADDR};

Your webserver may have a different ENV variable for REMOTE_ADDR (this
typically works with Apache, but I'm not sure for IIS).
