Has anyone processed a upgrade request for a domain and had the .ca
domain complete without errors using the reg_system.cgi client.
I have run across a few problems.
1. if you choose the free the old domain, then it still tries to register it.
the code automatically adds $in{old_domain} to @domains if it is defined.
I have modified it to check $in{upgrade_option} eq "keep" also.
2. the new upgraded domain cannot be pre-registered due to the following
error:
Can't retreive annivesary date of pre-registered domain.
can someone describe what the critical parameters to sw_register
are to perform an upgrade?
