Transfer Requests

Why are we not given the opportunity to "view" the contents of a transfer
request that is emailed to us as site administrators.

I recently received a transfer request from TUCOWS and no where is there the
ability to view the request. I did not initiate the transfer, but I am aware
of my client's decision to transfer registrars. I want to verify that no
other information was changed (ie ownership)

Right now, as the administrative contact of a domain, you may freely change
ownership of the domain under the guise of domain transfer.
