The browser encodes it, and the interface sends it, however, the interface
also sends the encoding type - do the other countriy registries handle this?

If it is available to _all_ domains, then it includes
com/net/org/uk/ca/on.ca - and others in the future - which is nice - but is
it so. Is there someone there with their finger on the pulse who has the
