I was wondering about that. My next question is how does the browser
translate whatever to a bq-- string.

You've answered alot of my questions. Basically anyone who has the
proceedure to encode and prep can do this. I'll read thorugh the
documentation you provided and bother you some other time - maybe after
the icann meeting.
