The login for the test system should be identical to what it was when you
last used it. Support will have to help you regain access if you need
entrance.
Support still has the same address; however, they have been incredibly
bogged down by .ca issues which has deadened their usually prompt responses.
Be patient and you should hear back from them shortly.
