I've already gotten some answers elsewhere to this question I posed. In
essence, the RACE encoding scheme may not be the final encoding for mlds,
and even if it is bq-- would probably not be the final prefix. So anyone who
has registered a bq-- domain as ASCII text will have a worthless domain.
