Actually, this code was in bulk_order.html . Sorry if I confused anyone.
By the way, I implemented the request for encoding type in setup_profile, so
I could know the type before we get to the order page. If you have seen this
post:

about using stylesheets and setting the charset for your pages, you'll see
why it would be useful to do it this way. Now the browser will be set for
the right language you are entering the domain name info into the
((domains}} box...
