I read the above doc. I am curious, why is it necessary to get the owner
of the domain involved sending faxes to OpenSRS when transferring between
RSP's? It complicates the whole process considerably. Imagine
transferring a few hundred domains from one RSP to another, most domains
having different individual "owners".
Also, it was not clear from the doc" when you have the new automated RSP
transfer in place, will it be necssary to renew the registration i.e. add
1 year even when transferring between RSP's (like transferring between
registrars) ? I hope not.
