I agree with Charles.

done with it without my say so. It should not be up to an RSP to transfer a
domain (unless it is their own), the registrant should be performing this
function.

If you are "looking after" a bunch of domains for owners then you have your
work cut out for you, but I guess that's what they pay you for.
