Hi Duane,

There are a couple of other scenarios that would lead to this:

- You may have the wrong USERNAME in your OpenSRS.conf
- Did you generate the private key on HORIZON but try to
log in to the production server (rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net)?
- Have you passed the RITE test yet? If not, you won't
  be able to access rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net.
- If you're accessing the live server, AND you've generated
the private key on the live server, does OpenSRS have
the right IP address on file for your server? They need
the primary IP of the box, which is NOT NECESSARILY the
same as your website IP address.

My guess is that you generated the key on HORIZON and
you're trying to access rr-n1-tor.

Subject: Unable to login to server: Authentication failed

I am receiving this message from verify_install :
Logging in to OpenSRS server ERROR: Unable to login to server:
Authentication failed

According to opensrs support the only cause of this message is the private
key is wrong
i have generated a new key about 12 times and i know when i am copying it,
it is correct.

Has anyone else received this message? Even though the private key is
correct?

Also all my requirements are met. You can see here:

Thanks
Duane
