I think these are fair comments. I personally agree that we need to do a
better job, and focus more resources on the existing platform.

We do have many people working on the platform, there are lots of things to
be done, and it is easy to underestimate the scope of the work. We are
aware of this, and are adjusting our resource allocation appropriately. It
is always an art to achieve the right balance, and we are still making
corrections. As usual, we appreciate the honest feedback - it is important
that we get it.
