In that case:

-get successive zone files.

-compare them and get a list of what drops off

-run queries on the registry whois until it appears as available and you
have your list

-to be better than whois.net re-check them periodically against the registry
whois to make sure they are still deleted. Whois.net runs a check against
the zone files so domains that get registered without nameservers still
appear on the whois.net list as available.

Hi, I think Ramy is actually referring to a place where his
customers won't be stolen away from him. Whois.net is a Verio subsidiary
and users are given a choice to register deleted names at Verio's
web site for as low as $19.00 a domain.
