Contract agreements aside, the idea is that if you can currently
register .com, you can register .info with the exact same code*. Add to
this the phone validation and country code, you're better off (the
server does do the validation as well, but it would save you having to
send a message to the server).
* we haven't exactly tested this against *all* versions of the client,
but if you are having problems send a note to the dev list.
