Noah Couture started writing one earlier this year. I had some communication
with him over the summer. However, I have not heard from him for over a month.
I've been working on implementing the cryptix jce and figuring out exactly
how this protocol works (since the documention likes to show perl
implementations rather than real protocol examples). If I don't hear from
when I'm ready to fold the changes back in, I'll start my own project on SF.
