You have to make sure that any variables you're introducing to the system
are carried throughout the logic process, including placing the proper
place holders (in {{..}}) in the templates and respective files (like
message.txt)

Without knowing more about what kind of changes you've made, it'll be hard
to give further advice.

BTW - your reply-to field has a typo (says dev-lisy instead of dev-list)
