The whole point of the batch system is to allow scripted style processes
that would normally be against our posted AUP
(http://opensrs.org/Support_FAQ.shtml#AUP)
However, be reasonable - several thousand commands in a minute will just
make the system not work at all for you, let alone anyone else use
it... a good rule of thumb is to stay below 5 commands per second (some of
our largest resellers, even at peak periods, would only send 1 or 2
commands a second).
