I called twice today, and spoke to someone both times.

They are very busy every time I call, maybe they were not near it when you called. Once In a while if
I try to call I get that, but not often. Of course I only call about 1 or 2 times a month, if even that. Sometimes
its 4 to 6 months between calls to them.

I have been having no support via telephone.

No one at opensrs is answering the phone calls.
