There was a problem in the way the new XML code handled accented characters
(e.g. admin contact names, addresses, etc.). This has now been fixed.

Note, this has nothing to do with multilingual domain names, which the PHP
code does not support (yet).

I encourage all people using the PHP client to upgrade to this release.
