Too many domain names in the world. You can have the same user name for every domain in the world if you want ;) If you register domains, then you know that they are never or seldom the same username with different domain name unless they aren't well educated and use their real name or something. ;)
It's amazing how careless people can be with their user names and passwords when you think about it.
