Eugene,

When did this stop working for you? Completed orders has no limits. Are
there any errors on the domains going into Pending (i.e. insufficient funds,
bad nameservers, etc).

Are you sure you're still using the "process" handle?

Also, if you don't plan on pending ANY orders, you can set up the system to
accept all orders. Under "Tech Contact Information" is a flag to "Process
Orders Immediately" - set this to "Yes" and you need not send a handle :)
