SET COOKIE fails for .ca domains

If I try to SET COOKIE for .ca domain (for contact or nameserver update), i
alwaus get an "Authentication Fails" message. Though it works just fine for
.com TLD's. And the XML for both SET COOKIE commands is identical, aside
from different domain and username/password.

Any ideas?
