Phone Number Format

Where in the cgi code can I find the phone number validation for .info
and .biz domains? We don't want our cutomers to have to know the country
code, that's just rediculous, don't you think?

Anyways, where can I find this? I imagine I'll just have to catch the
input of a regular number, and convert it to the +1.33234343432343234323
type number that is expected...
