Ramy,
Default action of the client code is to make it appear to your customer that
the order went through. This is meant to provide you time for manual CC
processing (or whatever administrative processes you want in place) and to
prevent your customer from calling saying "Is it done yet? Is it done yet?
Is it done yet?"

Thanks Charles,
I checked and found that it is still in the pending state.
Sorry I was confused by the message sent by the renew.cgi script stating
in the subject that the domain has been Successfully renewed "Subject:
Renewal Successful for xxxx.xxx"
I think the default message in the template should be changed to indicate
either the domain has been already renewed or a renewal order has been
received and was only saved.
Regards,
Ramy Nabil

You should triple check your settings. I suggest that if you are not
going
to use the "handle" attributes that you remove them completely from the
script. Can you replicate this activity (use horizon.opensrs.net for
testing)? Is this a one-off thing?
If you can verify this (I could not replicate myself) please notify
Support,
including domains you tried, which system (live, horizon, etc.), time of
orders, etc.
