We also need an immediate fix to the problem that low balances
generate this
error:

    The error which occurred was:

    Failed to create order: Insufficient balance
    Error details: Request completed successfully

Orders should quietly pend if there is insufficient balance, not tell
the
customer anything related to the resellers balance. That is a bad
glitch and
needs to be fixed asap.

Please note that all of this is in Horizon, I am doing all my testing
there
first...
