Dear Karthikeyan:

Check the order notes in the RWI (pending orders, click on the domain
name, view order notes or from search reg_system orders).

It says: Invalid datatech phone is incorrect.

The default phone number format is +ccc.nnnnnnnnnnnnnn. In case you
are using your default tech contact this can be changed in the RWI to
fit the correct format.
