I was wondering when someone would ask me that!

Suffice it to say I'm exploiting a short term opertunity
that currently exists in the domain registration industry.

If I give you the answer you seek I'll have to shoot you!
LOL!

But on top of a Perl layer, thus I can't use the Perl code
to understand how to write Window OS code.

You do effectively bring up this issue of how many Windows
folk want / need to run in a more direct Windows
environement.

I've been trying to steer clear of that argument by
staying focused on a spec that explains the OpenSRS API
without any need for code samples at all.

You're probably right.

Yea, I know ....

The CommuniGate PRO skin I'm using does not have a "reply
all" option, Grrrrrrr .... So when I forget to add the
dev-list in the CC field I'm just forwarding the copy in
my "sent mail" box.

The mail lists I've used in the past allways seem to have
the list distribution email as the primary email address,
thus I'm use to just hitting reply and having things work.
I hope you can all bare with me as I unlearn this bad
habit! ;-)
