Vanila Windows OS (95 or higher) install + 1 exe = Ability
to Register domain names via OpenSRS.
I might be willing to compromise and accept including an
OCX/COM and/or DLLs but so far the only thing anybody has
suggested is,

and at $600 a pop it ain't gonna happen. This page also
says this COM only runs on Windows 2000 with service pack
2+ ....
If thats still not clear enough just tell me were the
deficiency is and I'll try to fix it.
