I am also having problems updating name servers on 4 of my domains, even
though the ip numbers show up on some of them. One of the problem doamins
has exactly the same error as yours. I did contact support, who gave me a
very non-plausible response.
I have requested that the problem be escalated - since it sounded to me like
the person who responded did not really look at the issue.
I also posted a message to the list on this issue several hours but it has
not shown up...
