Can I get some verification on the required phone number format for these TLDs:

.com/.net/.org (40 char max)
Anything goes so long as it meets /^[\d\-\(\)\.\+\#\*]{4,}((x|ex|ext|xt)\.?\d+)?(TDD)?$/ regex
They don't care if you've got a North American or International number

.info/.vc/.biz/.us/.name (40 char max)
+CCC.NNNNNNNNNNNNxEEEE format must be used. They won't let you enter the 222-333-4444 format?

.ca (40 char max)
NPA-NXX-XXXX YYYY or 1-800-555-1212 style format >must< be used
