I use www.UltraDns.com. Set your TTL very high to limit
your usage charges.

UltraDns is a world-wide DNS system originally created for
Registry services and has guarenteed 100% uptime.

I have had *NO* problems with UltraDns. When I first
started using them I did have some configuration questions
and found out their tech support is available 24/7/365 by
email *AND PHONE*!

Note -- Their pricing sheet is somewhat confusing and
suggests you need a different account for each domain
which is not the case. For $32 per year you get DNS, email
forwarding, and web forwarding for unlimited domains but
do have bandwidth limitations.

Hope that helps.
