process pending orders?

Hi,
does anyone know the answer to this? I may have to find another way
to do it. basically I want to make sure that the domain is available
before charging the customer, and I want to make sure the customer's
billing goes through before closing the deal.

Let's say I send a request to register a domain but I don't use
handle='process', it goes into the pending area. Is there a way to
process this order through the api?
