Yeah, I tried registering one of them, and I get the following error:

[response_code] => 465
[response_text] => Invalid data
[error] => Domain name too short. Must be at least 7 characters
including the ".org"

I guess PIR is allowing existing 2-letter names to continue. But those
that expire or aren't renewed get "lost".

This is then a bug: OpenSRS's servers shouldn't return a "domain
available" response when looking these names up.
