Just FYI, SOAP can use either TCP or HTTP[S], if HTTP versus TCP
is a concern.

As for EPP versus OpenSRS's XPC, they are both XML message-based
protocols, so both will work equally well within SOAP messages (which
is also just XML).

RRP looks uglier than OpenSRS's current system. Although my seach on
it did bring up another wholesaler I was unaware of: http://en.rrpproxy.com/.
