Working on Horizon w/ssl certs and get this message using RCL (v 2.60) when
I am low on balance:

Error
The error which occurred was:

Failed to create order: Insufficient balance
Error details:

I thought this had been fixed, am I mistaken? Is there a way to have the
order pend?
