I played around with it, but never spent enough time to get it working
completely.
The System.Security.Cryptography namespace includes a Crypto provider
called DESCryptoServiceProvider that could be used for the encryption
(in DES). I don't believe there's a BlowfishCryptoServiceProvider, but
I may be mistaken.
For the most part I got wound around the axle with the XML and trying to
decide whether to just use it as-is or to extract it into an object with
appropriate variables. I'm not an XML guy, so I was spending a lot of
time trying to make sense of the DOM and how best to retrieve data from
a stream.
If you pursue an ASP.NET solution, I might be interested in testing it;
I doubt I'd be a lot of help with developing, though.

Eric Longman
