Now, everyone repeat after themselves, "The customer is not _necessarily_
wrong..." Maybe relevant, maybe not, but here is #4 of from the Mindspring's
14 deadly sins:

4. Joke about how dumb the customers are.
Every time you call a user a loser, idiot or the like, you show your
disregard for the customer. While joking around after hours may seem like
fun, it will influence the way you see customers and, therefore, the way you
treat them. Customers pay your paycheck. Treat them as if your life depends
on it, because it does.
