Thanks to everyone who's already submitted their RCL survey. If you
haven't yet, please do! The survey shouldn't take longer than 10
minutes to fill out, but my intent is to use the data to make a better
OpenSRS client and service that'll save you way more time in the long
run. The survey questions were emailed to the OpenSRS "Developer" and
"Discuss" list and was also posted to Tucows developer blog, "The
Farm", at http://dev.r.tucows.com/blog/_archives/2003/11/5/5779.html.
Once all the survey data has been collected, I'm going present a report
our Product management group, complete with recommendations based on
your responses. In keeping with my plan to keep the lines of
communication as wide-open as possible, you'll also be able to see my
report -- I'll post it in a place to be announced later.
Once again, thank you for all your answers! As always, I'm happy to
answer any questions you may have.
