It means that you are not specifiying your private key properly (or at
all) in your openSRS.php file. Thus, the client can't authenticate
with OpenSRS.
Make sure your code has lines such as:
var $TEST_PRIVATE_KEY = 'abcdef1234567890';
var $LIVE_PRIVATE_KEY = 'abcdef1234567890';
And make sure that those values are valid hexadecimal numbers.
